Just got back from a few weeks roadtripping from Ireland to the south of Spain. It was good to get away from the cold, dark and wet Irish winter. The bike riding is good down there too.

Sam Hill comes back to form on this extremely challenging course. Even in the dry, the rocks and roots would have been tricky to say the least, but the thunderstorms made this one of the wettest, muddiest World Cups since Champery last year. |

Who would have expected mist and rain in the usually sunny Quebec race venue! Lakes of schlomp, MX style ruts, greasy rocks. Then on race day it started drying and turned to some sort of sticky porridge….Greg Minnaar put the power down and blasted his way to a long awaited win. |
